Director of Congregational Care

This is a part-time (20 hours per week) position. Meet weekly with the Lead Pastor to discuss and schedule pastoral care needs of the congregation. Attend Staff Meeting as requested. Work closely with the Caring Connection team and volunteers. Create a flexible visitation schedule. Keep Clergy and Caring Connection team informed and updated on visits. Supervise and coordinate Caring Connection team leadership and volunteers. Assist in worship at least two Sundays per month. Contact Dr. Donald R.
